So the process seems ok, but are you sure you seen all the numbers on the TV screen of the programming of the Sim from Japhar DM800HDse V2 to V1 ? Was the received connected on internet when you done that last step as it has to download the data from the JAM Feeds ? You probably had some failure during programming of the sim.
